Qualifications

• High School diploma and trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and work orders related to tiles, drywall and wallpaper.
• Install or repair drywall and other wall coverings.
• Paint designated areas and items.
• Replace basic electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles and light bulbs.
• Perform minor plumbing functions.
• Support guest satisfaction and follow Service Recovery Guidelines.
• Maintain curb appeal tasks such as snow removal, lawn care and trash removal.
• Adhere to sustainability guidelines and safety standards (OSHA).
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
