Job summary

Pittsburgh Marriott City Center is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to support all building systems and guest areas. You will perform preventative maintenance, conduct repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry, and assist in maintaining energy efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or carpentry trades experience required.
Hotel experience preferred.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of maintenance duties.

Responsibilities

Assist with preventative maintenance and routine repairs to hotel systems and equipment.
Inspect and service HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related building systems.
Respond to maintenance requests and document work orders for quality standards.
Maintain building exterior and common areas to ensure safety and curb appeal.
Assist in refurbishing furniture and fixtures and support energy efficiency initiatives.
