Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our hotels running smoothly and looking sharp across properties in the U.S., Mexico, and the Caribbean. You’ll perform day-to-day repairs, preventive maintenance, and assist guests while upholding safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED, hotel maintenance experience, and weekend/evening availability. Join a people-focused, data-driven team committed to hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Hotel maintenance experience.
• Basic maintenance certification preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be a team player.
• Able to communicate effectively (Verbal/Written).
• Able to work weekends and evenings (Required).

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish items in guest rooms.
• Organize supplies and make sure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Live up to high safety standards – follow guidelines and report incidents.
• Take responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel.
• Follow the preventative maintenance calendar and keep equipment running efficiently.
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests.
• Keep manager informed about low running supplies.
• Look smart and approachable in your uniform.
• Be ready to take on extra duties as needed.
