Arbor Lodging in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our hotel running smoothly and looking sharp. You will perform daily repairs, manage long-term fixes, and stay proactive about maintenance issues to prevent guest disruption.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, about 1 year of hotel maintenance experience if possible, and good communication. Weekend and evening availability is required, and a basic maintenance certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent education experience.
• 1 year hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic maintenance certification/accreditation preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish guest rooms to keep the property looking great.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Maintain safety by following guidelines and reporting incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of indoor/outdoor areas like the car park and pool.
• Follow the preventive maintenance calendar to keep systems working efficiently.
• Be friendly and helpful to guests and colleagues alike.
• Keep supervisors informed of low running supplies.
• Present a neat, professional appearance in uniform.
• Be prepared to take on additional duties as needed by the team.
