Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring safety and compliance across the property. The role supports proactive upkeep and responds to daily maintenance needs to keep guests comfortable.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of hotel maintenance experience, plus strong customer service and teamwork capabilities. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the basic upkeep of all room and common areas by ensuring furniture, appliances, and electrical equipment are in working order.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Maintain high safety standards and report incidents or unsafe equipment to supervisor.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel, including parking and pool areas.
• Follow preventative maintenance calendar and notify supervisor of low supplies.
• Take on extra duties as needed by the team.
