We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring safety and compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, organizing supplies, and maintaining safe, clean areas while delivering friendly, professional service to guests and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Flexible environment; able to switch tasks quickly.
• Basic maintenance certification preferred.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas to keep equipment and fixtures working.
• Organize supplies and ensure equipment is ready for the next day.
• Follow safety guidelines and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel.
• Adhere to preventive maintenance calendar and ensure timely upkeep.
• Communicate maintenance status to supervisor and notify of low supplies.
• Interact professionally with guests and hotel staff.
