Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our on-site Homewood Suites Orlando Theme Parks in Orlando, FL. You will maintain building systems, perform preventive maintenance, and support guest comfort while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires experience in building trades, strong communication, and the ability to work on a variety of tasks across hotel operations. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth within the HEI family.

Qualifications

• Vocational schooling or military training in building trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry)

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Inspect and repair hotel equipment such as appliances, boilers, and fixtures.
• Service pool operations, exterior maintenance, and building curb appeal.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
