Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our Orlando property. The role focuses on preventative maintenance and timely repairs across guest rooms, meeting spaces, and public areas to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing knowledge required.
• Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience (2–3 years).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, outlets, and public areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in electrical, mechanical, plumbing systems and related components.
• Conduct ongoing room preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the maintenance supervisor.
