Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive maintenance and complete work orders to maintain hotel quality.
• Perform scheduled room care and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Check electrical systems and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Assist in repairs of hotel equipment including HVAC, plumbing and appliances.
• Service the pool and maintain chemical levels and filters as required.
• Maintain curb appeal and refurbish furniture/fixtures in guest rooms.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Work weekends/holidays as assigned; follow safety policies.
