• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, and F&B to minimize guest disruption when prioritizing work orders.
• Conduct regular property walk-throughs to identify repairs and aesthetic issues for proactive resolution.
• Oversee inventory of tools and supplies, and coordinate procurement as needed.
• Train and coach maintenance staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and a safe work environment.
