Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in engineering or facilities maintenance, strong HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge, and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, hospitality or facilities experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily engineering operations and loading dock logistics.
• Perform hands-on maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Monitor and improve system performance, safety, and guest comfort.
• Maintain accurate logs of work orders, preventive maintenance, and inspections.
• Supervise and coach engineering staff, provide training and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and hotel policies.
