Job summary

Sand & Sea seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the Ocean View Hotel in Santa Monica, CA. You will oversee maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, and ensure safety and guest satisfaction through preventative maintenance and timely issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of supervisory maintenance experience, strong electrical, plumbing and HVAC knowledge, and a technical trade school background. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Maintenance training and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with laundry equipment repair is listed.
• Technical trade school education is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and low voltage.
• Execute preventive maintenance and participate in CAPEX projects as needed.
• Lead and coach maintenance staff; ensure safety and policy compliance.
