Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hotel, institutional, and HVAC experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical and life safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ops, maintenance, service and repair of equipment.
• Act as Manager on Duty when Managers are unavailable.
• Assist in PM program and uphold Shore Hotel standards.
