Job summary

LOGE is seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance professional to oversee and perform maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities. The role requires coordinating preventative maintenance and responding to major repair needs with an asset management mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hotel maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Pool/hot tub certification preferred.
• Experience with snow grooming equipment preferred.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a state driver's license.
• All crew members are subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the condition and appearance of guest rooms, cabooses, cabins, restaurant, bar and other facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, plumbing, caulking, etc.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Oversee and report on major repair needs and strategize with asset management.
• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items.
• Establish safety protocols and emergency weather response on site.
• Assist guests with questions and be familiar with local amenities and activities.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
