Job summary

LOGE Crystal Mountain Hotel in Enumclaw, WA is seeking a Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance of guest rooms, cabins, and public areas. You will perform routine tasks, schedule preventative maintenance, and manage major repairs with an asset manager. Excellent customer service and a safety-first mindset are essential.

4+ years of hotel maintenance experience is preferred. English communication required. Valid driver's license and background check are standard.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hotel maintenance or facilities experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Experience with snow grooming equipment preferred.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a state driver’s license.
• All crew members are subject to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing condition and appearance of guest rooms, cabooses, cabins, restaurant, bar and other facilities.
• Performing routine maintenance tasks (painting, carpet/floor cleaning, plumbing, caulking).
• Scheduling and overseeing preventative maintenance in all guest rooms and public areas.
• Overseeing and reporting on major repair needs with asset manager for approach.
• Performing minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items.
• Establishing safety protocols and emergency weather response on site and Δsafety concerns.
