Job summary

Landmark Hotel Group is seeking a dynamic Lead Maintenance Technician to care for guests and support the hotel's overall operation. This hands-on leadership role requires active management of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other critical systems to ensure a high standard of service.

The successful candidate will have at least three years in a hotel or commercial setting, Journeyman-level skills, and a strong emphasis on budgeting and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a hotel or commercial setting.
• Journeyman license or equivalent
• Budgeting and expense control experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments from Chief Engineer and review priorities.
• Supervise all ongoing repairs and maintenance work.
• Organize materials, tools and equipment for daily tasks.
• Maintain hotel appearance, equipment and systems with hands-on leadership.
• Focus on quality, service standards and guest satisfaction.
