Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a maintenance technician to assist the General Manager, performing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure hotel quality standards are met.

This role also provides guest service in a courteous, professional manner, follows LBA hospitality standards, and works flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Candidates should be skilled with hand and power tools, able to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems, and maintain safety and logs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of building and mechanical trades and safety precautions.
• General knowledge of preventative maintenance, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures and checklists.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and determine adequate corrective measures.
• Maintain facility using preventative maintenance guidelines: plumbing, electrical, HVAC and building interior/exterior.
• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Train maintenance staff in responsibilities and safety.
