General Hotels Corporation seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our hotel facilities in top condition, including guest rooms, public areas, and equipment. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to guest requests, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, plus the ability to read schematics and manuals, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Experience in maintenance, preferably in hospitality or hotel settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and friendly, professional manner
• Inspect and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to ensure they are in good working order
• Perform preventative maintenance on all hotel equipment and systems
• Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
• Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
