Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations by performing repairs and preventative maintenance to uphold quality standards. The role emphasizes high guest service, safety, and adherence to brand guidelines.

The technician will work closely with the General Manager to ensure timely, professional maintenance across the property, including interior and exterior areas, with potential for schedule flexibility to cover nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs in a hotel setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic safety procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctions and defects in mechanical and related equipment and determine corrective measures.
• Maintain facilities using preventative maintenance guidelines across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document actions taken.
• Train maintenance staff in responsibilities and safety procedures.
• Ensure tools and parts are available to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain records in accordance with company standards.
