Job summary

First Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and functionality of the hotel’s structure, systems, equipment, and guestrooms. You will lead the engineering team and proactively ensure safe, standard-compliant maintenance.

Responsibilities include proactive upkeep, supervising grounds and custodial work, coordinating with departments to address guest needs, and maintaining professionalism and safety standards across the property.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, preferably in hotel or similar facility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain the physical building structure, systems and equipment.
• Lead and develop the hotel’s engineering team.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure timely maintenance responses.
• Ensure safety and compliance in all maintenance tasks.
• Prioritize repairs to minimize guest disruption.
