Responsibilities

• Provide routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines and building systems run smoothly.
• Assist with repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment.
• Maintain pool equipment, chemicals, and filtration; service guest rooms and building areas as needed.
• Respond to guest and staff requests promptly and coordinate with other departments.
