Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly and building systems operate efficiently.
• Assist with repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other hotel equipment.
• Inspect and maintain guest rooms, kitchens, laundry, boilers, pool equipment, and hand/power tools as needed.
• Service the hotel pool, including chemical adjustments and filter cleaning; maintain logs.
• Communicate with other departments about guest room conditions and maintenance requests.
