Job summary

Wsmanagementinc is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to handle preventive maintenance, respond to guest repair requests, and manage a variety of building systems. The role blends independent work with team coordination to keep facilities in top condition.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, perform daily rounds, and maintain safety in all work areas while coordinating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or property maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Respond to guest maintenance requests and internal work orders promptly.
• Perform daily property walk-throughs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of maintenance spaces and guest areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Communicate major repairs or safety concerns to leadership.
