• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment, systems, and appliances, identifying problems and executing timely repairs.
• Ensure guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas are properly maintained and in good working order.
• Conduct minor carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and report issues to the Chief Engineer.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to support guest needs and safety.
