Job summary

Sincere Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to safeguard the safety, functionality, and appearance of our hotel. You will lead preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and coordinate with other departments to uphold top facility standards.

This role reports to the General Manager and supports a guest-first experience. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while optimizing cost efficiency and

Qualifications

HVAC experience and/or CPO certification preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
On-call availability for emergency maintenance situations.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repair of all hotel facilities including guest rooms, common areas and exterior spaces.
Implement preventive maintenance processes such as property walks and room PMs.
Maintain, clean and stock maintenance closets and carts for an organized work area.
Respond promptly to escalated guest complaints and emergency maintenance issues.
Provide training and guidance to the team to ensure consistency and safety.
Collaborate with departments to gather information and solve problems and identify cost-saving opportunities.
