• Experience in building maintenance or engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Respond promptly to guest service requests for maintenance.
• Maintain building exterior, interior, and grounds to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Collaborate with departments to complete projects on time.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Take on additional duties to support hotel operations.
