You will troubleshoot issues, log maintenance activities, collaborate with front desk and housekeeping, and uphold safety standards while supporting smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certifications in electrical, plumbing, HVAC preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of facility maintenance experience, hospitality preferred.
• Familiarity with building systems: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and execute timely repairs.
• Maintain guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas in good working order.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and maintain maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to address guest needs.
