Job summary

Peachtree Hospitality Management seeks a Maintenance Engineer to provide technical and maintenance services throughout the hotel, ensuring general equipment and systems stay in excellent condition.

You will perform routine preventive maintenance, assist with repairs of electrical and mechanical systems, service the pool and building exterior, and respond courteously to guest questions to support high satisfaction. This role requires teamwork and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and maintenance services across the hotel to keep equipment and systems in excellent condition.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machines run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the building stays in good condition.
• Assist with repairs of electrical and mechanical systems, service the pool, and maintain the building exterior and curb appeal.
• Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
• Maintain and update maintenance reports/work orders, and communicate with other departments regarding guest room conditions.
