Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventative maintenance and repairs across hotel facilities.
• Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Perform minor carpentry tasks, touch-ups, and furniture refurbishment.
• Maintain pool area chemicals and filters; log maintenance activities.
• Respond courteously to guest questions and requests; ensure safety and compliance.
