Qualifications

• Previous engineering/maintenance experience or equivalent training.
• Specialized knowledge or certification in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead all actions from service calls to hotel standards.
• Collaborate with departments and communicate through GXP.
• Assess requests and provide solutions via repair, maintenance, or installation.
• Identify defects, troubleshoot issues, and log corrective actions.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep equipment logs.
• Repair equipment including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Install and program guest room components (TVs, thermostats, minibars, lighting).
• Ensure guest satisfaction and uphold hotel values.
• Other duties as assigned.
