Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or engineering preferred.

• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

• Maintain building exterior, interior and grounds to standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to complete projects.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
