Loews Coronado Bay Resort is seeking an Engineer II to perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance. You will respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and routine inspections to ensure guest safety and comfort.

Formación

• 2+ years hands-on maintenance or skilled trades experience in hospitality or hotel maintenance preferred
• Certification or formal training in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades preferred
• Proficient in reading blueprints, diagrams, and repair manuals
• Safety standards, MSDS compliance, and hazardous materials handling knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance
• Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergencies promptly
• Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and address potential maintenance needs
• Operate tools and equipment safely, following MSDS guidelines
• Complete maintenance records and required documentation for all work performed
• Assist with dispatch responsibilities and support team workflow as needed
• Communicate status and concerns with supervisors and teams
