You’ll respond to requests, support emergencies, and help maintain guest areas with a strong safety and teamwork mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on multi-disciplinary maintenance ability across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Commitment to safety, MSDS guidelines, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled trade work in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other maintenance disciplines.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations.
• Monitor and maintain hotel systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
• Operate tools and equipment safely following MSDS guidelines.
• Complete maintenance records for all work performed.
• Assist in dispatching and supporting team operations as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding job status and maintenance concerns.
• Execute emergency response procedures per hotel standards.
• Support setup and execution of special events and functions.
