Job summary

Loews Nashville Hotel is seeking an experienced Engineer II to perform skilled maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general operations. The role supports guest comfort and facility integrity in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in hospitality maintenance, strong problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset. A commitment to teamwork and guest service is essential for success in our hotel environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years hands-on maintenance or skilled trades experience in hospitality or hotel setting preferred.
Post-high school training in maintenance/engineering or related discipline preferred.
Certification or formal training related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical or other trades preferred.
Proven background in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry or related trades.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled trade work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance disciplines.
Respond to maintenance requests, guest concerns, and emergency situations promptly.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.
Operate tools and equipment safely following MSDS guidelines.
Complete maintenance records for all work performed.
