Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs in compliance with policies, brand standards, and regulations. You will respond to engineering service calls and report emergencies or safety hazards to management.

Responsibilities include inspecting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, fixing leaks, performing repairs, and maintaining safe, operational building systems while coordinating with other departments and emergency services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or vocational training in engineering preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Respond to maintenance service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Ensure all building systems operate safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk to coordinate maintenance tasks.
• Address guest maintenance requests professionally while ensuring guest comfort.
