Job summary

TPG Hotels and Resorts is seeking an Engineer to perform preventative maintenance and repairs across interior and exterior areas of our properties. You will inspect MEP/HVAC systems, fix faults, and respond to service calls while upholding safety and brand standards.

You will also handle guest maintenance requests, coordinate with other departments, and ensure safe, compliant operations across hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical/vocational training in engineering preferred.
• Hotel maintenance experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and operate equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior preventative maintenance and basic repairs.
• Inspect mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and fix issues.
• Respond to engineering service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.
• Interact professionally with guests while servicing guest areas.
