Job summary

TPG Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled Maintenance Engineer to perform interior and exterior preventative maintenance, respond to service calls, and ensure safety standards are met across hotel facilities.

You will inspect and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, respond to emergencies, and assist guests while safeguarding safety and comfort in all guest areas. This role requires physical stamina and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in engineering preferred.
• Experience in hotel maintenance or facilities management is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and respond to service calls.
• Physical fitness to perform lifting and manual tasks as required, with safety in mind.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including leaks and faulty components.
• Respond to engineering service calls and emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
