Job summary

Loews Hotels & Co. at Universal Orlando seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep guest spaces safe and functional. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing and carpentry tasks, and support multiple hotel outlets.

Qualifications

• Basic English language communication skills.
• Strong mechanical background with hands-on maintenance experience.
• Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting spaces, outlets, and back-of-house areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing and basic carpentry/painting tasks as needed.
• Conduct ongoing preventative maintenance and respond to maintenance requests.
