Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of related maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance on hotel equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler, etc.).
• Monitor engineering functions during off-hours and respond to emergencies.
• Make rounds to ensure systems are in good working order.
• Maintain logs, record parts used, and notify next shift of needs.
• Handle elevator maintenance and safety procedures.
• Document preventive maintenance and work orders daily.
• Report unsafe conditions to leadership.
