Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Maintenance Engineer to join Quirk Hotel and No.303. You will oversee grounds, public areas and guest rooms, performing preventative maintenance and repairs to HVAC, electrical and carpentry systems.

The role requires hands‑on problem solving and timely response to maintenance orders. Ideal candidates have hotel maintenance experience, knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and strong communication and time management skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hotel maintenance experience (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversees property grounds, public areas and guest rooms.
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC.
• Checks fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintains parts and bulbs.
• Responds to maintenance orders promptly.
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner.
• Completes daily rounds and reports problems.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.
