Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group, Quirk Hotel and No.303 are seeking an energetic, experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a busy property. You will maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces to ensure safety and comfort.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, servicing HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, checking fixtures and lighting, and responding to work orders with urgency and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in hotel maintenance preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Hands-on maintenance and preventative maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the property grounds, public areas and hotel guest rooms
• Conducts preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns in hotel accommodations
• Paints, replaces electrical accessories, maintains HVAC
• Check fixtures, lighting, and signs for proper operation; maintain an adequate supply of spare parts and light bulbs
• Responds to maintenance orders in a timely manner
• Fulfills work orders in a timely manner
• Completed daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems
• Perform various other duties as assigned
