The position requires hands-on expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, with strong safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to respond quickly to guest requests and facility issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing knowledge relevant to hotel facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems as directed.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and document work with HotSos.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest room equipment as scheduled.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and assist with setup for meetings and events.
