Responsibilities include handling HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks, addressing guest requests promptly, and maintaining safety procedures to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming space for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in maintenance or engineering, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• HVAC license and LFSD certificate preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on guest room equipment and systems as scheduled by leadership.
• Identify and report any major maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the leadership team.
• Utilize maintenance tracking systems (e.g., HotSos) to document work performed and report issues.
