Qualifications

• Certifications in HVAC or Building Maintenance are a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and other systems.
• General knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
• Eligible to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Survey building and repair mechanical systems to health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems and repair circuits.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Assist with rearrangement of furniture during deep cleanings and events.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in electrical/mechanical/plumbing systems.
