Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking an Engineer to perform preventative and repair maintenance across our property, ensuring safety, quality, and sustainable operations while delivering warm guest service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or trade school background and prior maintenance experience, with the ability to perform electrical, plumbing, painting, and basic furniture repairs, and to support guests during peak times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or trade school coursework preferred.
• Previous engineer/maintenance experience or equivalent training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and repair maintenance to ensure hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms and identify repair needs; install/repair wall coverings and paint.
• Install/repair electrical fixtures, switches, receptacles and light bulbs.
• Repair furniture and program televisions; basic plumbing functions.
• Maintain repair and preventive maintenance records; ensure compliance with codes.
