Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
• Complete work orders and maintain logs in the system.
• Assist with painting, carpentry, and cosmetic repairs as needed.
