WaterWalk Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance across guest rooms, public areas, and property systems. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical issues and address repairs to maintain safety and guest comfort.

This role requires strong attention to detail, solid technical skills, and the ability to work independently while following safety procedures and hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance-related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Physically capable of lifting and performing duties in varying weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and property systems.
• Address maintenance requests and repairs in guest rooms promptly.
• Maintain exterior of the property, including landscaping and lighting.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in drills and emergencies as required.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools; report deficiencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
• Prioritize tasks based on hotel occupancy and guest needs.
