Job summary

Spire Hospitality seeks a Maintenance Engineer to uphold guest satisfaction by delivering reliable, well‑crafted maintenance and a positive service experience. You will perform preventive maintenance, repair and install systems hotel‑wide, respond to guest requests, and ensure safety standards are met.

You will coordinate with Engineering and other departments, document work orders, manage inventory, and participate in safety programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA safety and chemical standards.
• Ability to obtain government-required licenses or certificates.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, electrical systems, and proper use of tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and maintenance issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs across hotel systems.
• Complete daily work order logs with inspections and materials used.
• Assist with safety programs and emergency procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of engineering equipment and storage areas.
• Collaborate with Engineering and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
