Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain the resort's physical structure and assist the Maintenance Dept.
• Perform minor painting, plumbing, electrical work and related tasks with hand tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance for guest rooms, HVAC, pool, and other facilities.
• Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures; report major issues to management.
