About the Role

We are looking for talented people who will celebrate the fabric of our city and take pride in providing amazing guest service. Showing our guests and visitors an authentic Milwaukee experience, one that merges modern style and sophisticated comfort with pure Wisconsin hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Performs guest room preventative maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks, and HVAC cleaning.
• Promptly responds to reports of guest problems and concerns.
• Performs general repairs for guestrooms and the property.
• Maintains the grounds, outbuildings, and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and attractive manner.
• Checks Maintenance Tracking System regularly to ensure any maintenance requests are completed.
• Keeps team and Chief Engineer promptly and fully informed of all problems for timely corrective action.

Starting wage for this position is $18.00-20.00 per hour but final wage will be based on experience.
